High-Conflict Shuttle Mediation is a highly structured, mediator-led process designed for situations where direct communication is not possible or safe. This service is specifically built to manage escalation, protect emotional safety, and support resolution in complex or entrenched disputes.

Parties participate separately throughout the process. The mediator moves between rooms (or virtual spaces) to facilitate discussion, test proposals, and move issues forward without face-to-face interaction.

What This Service Provides

Process Structure & Sessions

• Individual Intake & Screening Meetings
  2 sessions × 1 hour each (one per person)

• Shuttle Mediation Sessions
  Up to 4 mediator-led shuttle sessions × 2 hours each
  (parties participate separately; no direct interaction)

• Issue-Focused Mediation
  Conducted within shuttle sessions and may include:
  • Financial calculations and settlement clarification

• 1 hr. Financial Consultation each to ask questions and gain clarity with our CPA and Mediator
  • Parenting, decision-making, and support matters (where applicable)

• Drafting of Separation Agreement
  Included within the flat-fee package
  (drafting reflects mediated terms; no client attendance required)

• Separate Review Meetings
  Up to 2 individual review meetings × 1 hour each
  (conducted separately to maintain containment and reduce escalation)
