  • An accredited family mediator with advanced training in forensic psychology and clinical traumatology (AccFM, MA Forensic Psychology; Clinical Traumatologist (TITC-CT)

  • A CPA providing financial clarity and Net Family Property equalization support

  • A Life Coach / Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to provide child-informed, developmentally grounded guidance and preparation support.

Preparation & Readiness

Mediation Process

  • Child-Focused Mediation Structure
    Guided by child-centred principles, developmental considerations, stability, and reduced conflict exposure

  • Mediation Sessions
    Up to 3 mediation sessions, each 2.5 hours in length

  • Mediation of Key Issues, including:

    • Parenting arrangements and decision-making responsibilities

    • Child support in accordance with the Ontario Child Support Guidelines

    • Section 7 expenses

    • Spousal Support

    • Division of assets and debts


Financial Equalization (Included)

  • Net Family Property (NFP) Equalization

    • Review of financial disclosure provided by the parties

    • Preparation of NFP calculations

    • Equalization outcomes integrated into mediation discussions

    • Financial terms accurately reflected in final documentation


Child Resource (Included)

  • Online Home Alone Course (Included)
    A complimentary course for children over age 10, designed to support confidence, safety, and independence during family transition. After hearing parents concerns that they now do not have a partner at home until they are done work and the children at times may have to be alone, we thought this is an important course!


Documentation

  • Preparation of Mediation Minutes, an MOU, or a draft Separation Agreement
    (for independent legal review)
